I led this multi-channel initiative consisting of an initial print driver prominently touting tablet incentive, companion pURL, follow-up email campaign and Facebook ads. 

Our mission was to activate a promising yet completely unresponsive list of leads comprised of 15,500 high school juniors. The list’s stats and demographics met the profile of what ‘should have been’ prime targets for receptivity to outreach from SNHU Undergraduate Admissions. Yet, SNHU’s nine separate attempts to reach out to them had generated no interest.

Analyzed data provided by SNHU, effectively segmented and developed personas for these prospects, then developed unique, targeted content to speak to each. Contacted 15,448 students, reached 13,844. 1384 targets responded yielding a 10% response rate.
