  • Drove the efforts that led to the realization of BCBSRI’s only Account Based Marketing (ABM) program focused on top prospects.

  • Drove the initiative that overhauled and streamlined Broker partner communications with concentration on a new website, Broker Update as the primary channel. Led Copy, Design and Programming teams throughout development and execution of all digital deliverables.

  • Developed strategy, tactics and led the implementation of the organization’s inaugural B2B content marketing program.

  • Collaborated with Internal Communications team and Mar Comm leadership in order to establish transparency of communication efforts, and BCBSRI’s first ever, organization-wide editorial calendar.

  • Point person and marketing lead for key account of The Allied Group and major biotech player, GoodStart Genetics (GSG). The critical marketing initiatives I led over a four year period, significantly grew GSG’s brand, strengthened its equity and put GSG in prime position for their subsequent, lucrative acquisition by Invitae.

  • Led numerous marketing initiatives with biotech giants Parabase Genomics, Foundation Medicine and PerkinElmer.

  • Initiated, piloted and project managed the production of five editions of the Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Department of Medicine annual report, including a special centennial edition.

  • Drove the design and production of numerous print initiatives for Boston Children’s Hospital, Brandeis University, Southern New Hampshire University and GloboForce among others.

  • Developed communication plans, wrote creative briefs, made creative presentations and prepared supporting documentation to justify strategy and spend.

  • Developed project estimates and monitored projects in process to ensure they aligned with budget.
