In my position as MarComm manager for TAGmedica, I led the creative development and design for their inaugural test kit which requires just one drop of a newborn's blood in order to test for rare, monogenic diseases, like hematologic disorders, and hearing loss.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>'Yield' in college admissions, is the percentage of students who commit (deposit) to a school once they've been accepted. Most higher education institutions engage in some form of a 'yield campaign' to their population of accepted students. Sometimes it's simply a letter or postcard. SNHU engaged in a multi-channel campaign including a highly personalized print piece, companion pURL and email drip campaign. I drove the design and approach for this campaign which SNHU attributed to a record-breaking number of accepted students committing to their school that year.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>The most exciting part of leading the 'Stormstruck' web design and development project was the total creation and development of an educational and interactive game for children we named 'Storm Hero'. In this engaging, animated environment, children were guided to choose items that would go into the making of a common-sense 'storm kit'. For each correct item selection, the visitors were rewarded with points and praise. And upon successful completion of their storm kit, they were rewarded with fun, congratulatory, audio fanfare as well as a personalized 'official Storm Hero' certificate they could print out at home. It was thrilling to work Disney art work on this and an honor to be given permission by Disney to 'mimic' the look of their artwork for the creation of the many icons we needed to make for this game. From writing the script, developing the story boards, auditioning and hiring our voice over talent - to managing our genius in-house animators, graphic designers and programmers, I loved everything about this project!</image:caption>

Since the new design direction was unique, complex and sophisticated, I encouraged our design team to spend the necessary time to truly absorb the nuances outlined in Post’s new style guidelines. My team's initial (and significant!) resistance eventually gave way to enthusiasm as they embraced the new design standards. This piece became one of my team’s favorite visual directions we’d ever developed for a higher-ed client.</image:caption>
